Karen Norton

Karen Spinicelli Norton, MSW, has over 30 years of experience in all areas of child welfare, from direct practice to administrative and leadership roles. She has extensive experience in adoption practice and expertise in quality and performance management, program planning and development, training, and contracting. A long-time Florida resident, Ms. Norton holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Florida, and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University.
