How: Far components include: Ensuring Child Safety, Avoiding Negative Labels for Parents, Setting Aside Fault Finding, Working in Partnership with Parents, Identifying Families Needs, Providing Services and Resources Matched to Family Needs, Building on the Parents' and the Community's Strengths and Resources.
