Program/Intervention Description

Utilizing the Adopt Hope Model, based on the belief that instilling and maintaining a sense of hope promotes positive outcomes. A comprehensive strength based assessment, within the context of development and the normative lifecycle of adoption. A family-centered delivered in the family's home, a treatment plan is developed designed to meet the needs of the child and the family. An intensive in-home program, the family may receive up to 4 contacts per week for a period of up to 6 months.
