Program/Intervention Description

Offers a continuum of services to all adoptive and guardianship families including: Permanency Support Program to assist families in developing a family centered plan to resolve the challenges the family is facing: Respite Connections assist families in connecting to informal and formal systems; Parent 2Parent Network is a peer support system; Mental Health Connections connects families with adoption competent therapists; Trainings for parents and professionals; Parent Support Groups.
