Program/Intervention Description

Developed by Lutheran Social Services of Illinois and the Center for Adoption Studies at Illinois State University. A DVD training on how to work with children to tell their life story. Lifebooks help children construct a coherent history of their loss and trauma story through understanding their abuse/neglect history and their loss history, as well as their family history to support their identity. Training is for social workers and caregivers.
