Program/Intervention Description

A practice model that includes Structured Decision Making to identify families that would benefit from program based on assessment and risk level. An evidence based functional assessment tool is used based on the CANS. Incorporates the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework that addresses: Parental Resilience, Social Connections, Child Development and Parenting Knowledge, Concrete Support and Social and Emotional Competence of Children
