Mentoring Programs, Parental Supports and community connections, Parenting Skills - Training and Enhancement, Recruitment and Retention, Pre and Post Adoption Program
Ongoing Support for Teens and Families before, during, and after the matching process. Monthly in-service trainings for foster and adoptive parents, in-person and telephone coaching, and mentoring with experienced adoptive parents who for support during crisis. Serve children ages 10 to 21 through targeted recruitment and specialized casework.

To eliminate youth "aging out" of foster care through establishing a connection to a lifelong parent through recruitment, education, and support.
