This is a recording of the webinar presented: September 22nd, 2017
The National Quality Improvement Center for Adoption and Guardianship Support and Preservation (QIC-AG) is hosting a webinar that will provide an overview of Adoption and Guardianship Enhanced Support (AGES). AGES, developed by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, is being offered to families in the 17 counties and three sovereign tribal nations in the Northeastern Region of the state, who have adopted through the intercountry or private domestic process. AGES offers families individualized assessment of emerging needs and their strengths, identification of family-specific goals, personalized assistance with navigation of pre-existing resources and services, and targeted advocacy in areas requested by the family.
